Instant T

On 13 June 2015, my colleague Lily Robert-Foley and I were invited to La Nuit Remue #9, a regular poetry festival organised by Remue.net at the Marguerite Audoux library. We presented Instant T, a bilingual, participatory performance for two voices, set to music by Vincent Feuillet.

The subject of the performance focuses on that moment, that ‘Instant T’, when, after an intense shock, emotions mix in the brain, overlapping with memories, what we would have liked to say, what we did say or did not dare to say, that moment when we can no longer see clearly…

In a second stage, the audience is invited to pick an emotion or a fact from the cards provided to them, in order to create and generate their own association, their own version of the story, which we then perform live.
